Poetry Learning and Recitation

Hello Friends... After a long time I am writing on the blog as I was completely busy in my studies.. Now we have the vacation..On 21st April, we had a session on 'Carry a Poetry in Pocket Day' at 'Swagat'.  Our ma'am explained how to write a poetry and how to recite a poem. I thought of sharing with you some tips on this.

First of all how to make poetry. There are so many subjects on which we can make poetry. For example on nature, on your teacher, on your parents, on your life, on your best singer or actor/actress, on your favourite animal etc. If you have good vocabulary it's not necessary to think while writing poetry , it'll come on your own, quite naturally. Another thing to represent poetry is also very important. Though your poetry is not so interesting but if you represent it nice way everyone will enjoy. There should be expression of every word. Your voice should be polite, soft and clear voice and expression should be sweet. So guys I am sure now you also learn how to make poetry and represent it.. You can get more information on http://kidsfsedblog.blogspot.in/2010/08/simple-tips-on-how-to-memorize-and.html. Here I am presenting two poetry one is written by me and another one I have learnt in 'Swagat' which can be recited with great expressions...

Dear mamma Why are you late??

Couple of weeks ago I was waiting for my mom for when she would come to pick me up, that day I was very tired and when mamma didn't cam on right time to pick me up, I became angry but all of a sudden one poetry started making in my mind. My all anger was removed and I felt gleeful. Hope you enjoy it..

Dear mamma... Why are you late??
                                               Why are you late??
I am getting tired I don't wanna get late
                                                I don't wanna get late...
Yesterday you were early but I think It's rarely
                                               Why are you late??
                                               Why are you late??
From morning to evening & evening to morning
                                               I see you busy working
                                               I understand your situations
But I have series of tuition
                                               Why are you late??
                                               Why are you late??
I am tired to see people going to their places
Knowing or unknowing but with glee on their faces
There's no one who talk with me
The same banners are tired to see me
                                             Please don't  feel sad
                                                   I am sorry for that
As I have no purpose to nag
But there's only one question which I ask
                                                Why are you late??
                                                Why are you late??

In a Cottage in a Wood

In a cottage in a wood,
A little girl at a window stood,
Saw a rabbit running while,
Passing through the door,
Help me! Help me! Help me! said,
All the hunters should be there,
Come here rabbit come to me,
Happy you shall be.
